Answering Service: The after-hours answering service number is (586) 276-5653. For all urgent matters, please go to your nearest Emergency Department. Expect your call to be returned within 2 business days. The answering service is intended for leaving messages such as to request a refill, to cancel an appointment, or to leave an update for one of our providers.
Refills: When requesting refills, be sure to have the patient's name, date of birth, name of the medication, strength, frequency, and pharmacy information available. If you require a same-day refill, please indicate so, and there will be a $10 charge. Otherwise, refills are generally done within 2 business days. You may request a refill in any of the following ways:
Payment: Payment is due when services are rendered. If you have a balance, you will be asked to pay it before additional services are provided. Payment plans are available upon request. We accept credit cards, personal checks, and cash.
Missed Appointments: You will be charged a fee for missed appointments or appointments rescheduled with less than 24 hours' notice. Late fees must be paid to continue to obtain services. You may not be allowed to reschedule if you miss more than 3 appointments.
